At MADLIONS, we strive to ensure your tech gear meets the highest standards of performance and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MADLIONS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
